The FPOA was established in 1983 to represent the interests of owners of real property in Foxfire Village, North Carolina, whether resident or non-resident, and whether the property is unimproved or occupied by a building. The objectives of the FPOA were set forth as "preservation of property values and maintenance of the character and lifestyle of the community" established in the original development concept of 1977. |
